Bear is out of SR Misty, WC, JH, WCX and CH Pinafore Winds of Change ("Quigley").
Bear's pedigree is filled with top producing white and silver champions. In order to become a Top Producer, the dog has had to produce at least 3 AKC Champions. Quigley is owned by Heather Bryan of Prodigy Poodles in Arizona and Penny Harney of Pinafore Standard Poodles in Tennessee who were graciousenough to allow us to use him for our hunting girl, Misty.
Bear loves to retrieve and will be a great asset to our hunting program. Bear is half-way to her AKC Junior Hunter title and completed her NAHRA Started Hunting Retriever Title at just 13 months of age. She swept all four NAHRA tests, qualifying for the Started Brass Band award. Bear's mom, SR Misty, WC, JH, WCX, has completed her North American Hunting Retriever Association title and her AKC Junior Hunter title, as well as achieving one pass toward her AKC Senior Hunter title. We expect great things from Misty and Bear.
In addition to hunting, Bear achieved her UCI National/International Conformation titles, as well as her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certificate, the weekend of 3/13-3/14/10. She had absolutely no preparation for her CGC. They were conducting evaluations the weekend of the show and Richard decided to give it a try (and she passed).
