Brief Biography

Our amazingly smart, loyal, want-to-please you Cedar, shown in our logo pictures and the pictures on this page, has rarely failed us in the field. If a mistake is made during a retrieve, nine out of ten times, we are the ones who somehow sent her a mixed message. She knows what she is there to do, and she wants to do it. It is a shame that so many poodles spend their days and weekends sleeping in a house. Those poodles' owners cannot begin to know the light that emanates from their beings the moment they are given the signal to retrieve a bird. For us, there is no greater joy than watching them do just that--retrieve!

Cedar ahieved her AKC Junior Hunter (JH) title on 2/08/08 and her NAHRA Started Retriever (SR) title on 2/24/08. It was a very windy day when pictures were taken of her with her title ribbons. She is so obedient, that even with things blowing around that she would love to chase or investigate, she sat still, because she was told to. We also have other pups in training, and pictures of their training are displayed on their respective pages.

Cedar was still nursing pups in the bottom picture, which accounts for the under-belly sag.

KEEP WATCHING. WE WILL PROUDLY SHARE CEDAR'S TITLING PROGRESS WITH YOU.
