Pups due October 4, 2020 and ready to home Thanksgiving or after.
* * *NOTE: We cannot ship pups at this time. All airlines have embargoed pet cargo shipments due to Covid-19. Families will either have to come to our home to pick up their pups or fly here to carry the pups home in-cabin. If the latter, I can bring the pups to SGU (St George Regional Airport) to save the expenses of car rentals. Of course, all are welcome to rent a car and come to our home.* * *Sky ihas been bred to Noah with pups due 10/4/20 and ready to home Thanksgiving 2020 and after.Noah and Sky are wonderfully outcrossed. Why is this important to us?Inbreeding depression, which has occurred in abundance within our breed (and others) for years, has lead to a steady decline in functions that have compromised the health and vitality of our breed. The Institute of Canine Biology has a lot of great information about all of this. Thanks to UC Davis, standard poodle breeders now have the tools available to make truly responsible decisions when selecting breeding pairs. Noah is a very active boy who can run all day, while revelling in quiet time on our laps at night. Sky’s love of working stems from her love of family and strong desire to please. She is beyond precious in nature and we are very proud to call her ours. All pups from this breeding will be black, blue or silver as adults. Silvers and blues are born black, gradually fading to their adult color by 3 years of age.Genetic test results are quantifiable on OFA's site for Sky and Noah. Both parents have been DNA tested by UC Davis and their results have been entered into Better Bred. The resultant litter summary is available upon request.Sky’s pups will have both their dew claws and their natural tails.
